How to Order

1. Send an email to didi.abdulhamid@gmail.com or you can just fill up the order form below.

2. Your order shall be processed and a confirmation of your order shall be sent out within 24 hours. In the event that we fail to confirm, please do send us another email.

3. The confirmation email will contain bank details or if COD is chosen, the various details pertaining to it.

4. For Ready Stock Item/order - Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next day.

5. For Custom Made Item/order - 50% payment deposit and balance of payment a day before delivery. It will take 1-2 weeks depending on the size. We will notify and update you by email or sms.

Delivery Methods

1. Upon receipt of payment, the items will be posted out on the next available delivery date.

2. We normally use POS LAJU and will notify the customer through email the tracking number of her parcel.

3. We also use selected courier services for local and oversea area.

4. We provide COD service for selected area only. (Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Ampang, Klang Valley and etc) Additional RM20.00 will be charged for delivery.

*Customers who purchase RM 1000 worth of items shall be exempted from postage fees. We would like to state that all postal charges goes to POS LAJU and we do not take profits from those charges.

Terms

1. All items listed here are 100% brand new.

2. There may be slight differences in the color scheme due to the lighting and conditioning of pictures taken.

3. Prices are not inclusive of shipping or postal charges which is essentially borne by the customer.

4. Goods sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.

5. We will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by postal service.

6. There is however, an insurance scheme should you wish to opt for it.Please contact us for further details.

7. Priority will be given to those who can deliver full payment immediately.
